After successful defense of her PhD thesis on Thursday, 30th October 2014, Syeda Tamkeen Fatima from Pakistan has been awarded the degree of a Philosophiae Doctor (Ph.D.).

Prof. M. Busse, Syeda Takeem Fatima, Prof. D. Bender, Prof. W. Löwenstein

Her thesis on "Productivity and Wage Spillovers From Foreign Direct Investment: Evidence from Turkish Micro-Level Data" was supervised by Prof. em. Dr. Dieter Bender and Prof. Dr. Matthias Busse.
