IEE Newsletter No. 23

We have moved! After an eventful year, full of activities and research projects in the Master's, PhD, and university-wide programmes, it almost slipped our minds to tell you that our offices have moved. The new premises of the IEE are located at newly renovated, modern office rooms at Universitätsstraße 105, 44789 Bochum. The relocation was necessitated by major construction work in the previous office building on campus. We proudly welcome visitors to our new home.
A look at the contributions to this edition of the newsletter confirms that, apart from new premises, there is continuity and progress in the activities of the IEE and its members – a good reason to celebrate the Institute's remarkable 50th anniversary in November this year. The anniversary will coincide with an Alumni Conference organized by the IEE in Bochum, which is just one of a number of conferences that we are happy to announce. Enjoy the read!
